One-third of the season has gone, and after the pulsating British Grand Prix, we arrive in Assen, at a circuit that was specifically designed for motorcycle racing, with a technical, twisty circuit, and is known among fans as “The Cathedral” of motorcycling. Valentino Rossi has won here 5 times, but Jorge Lorenzo took the chequered flag last year. Stoner and Hayden have both also tasted victory here, in 2008 and 2006 respectively, so they will want to repeat their success again.
