Hubble Telescope Images | NASA Celebrating 20th Anniversary Of The Hubble Space

Hubble Telescope Images | NASA Celebrating 20th Anniversary Of The Hubble Space On Hot Topics --- Hubble Telescope Images | NASA Celebrating 20th Anniversary Of The Hubble Space. Hubble Space Telescope anniversary for the 20th. on April 24, 1990 The Hubble Space Telescope was launched into space by the Discovery, during shuttle mission STS-31. Hubble is named after astronomer Edwin P Hubble and it was launched on April 24, 1990 into the low—Earth orbit. He was born in 1889 and died on 1953. From that time with the help of this telescope scientist have gotten some of the most stunning images of galaxies. Since that date 30,000 celestial objects have been seen by Hubble and around half million pictures have been collected by it in its records.

The Hubble Space Telescope was originally budgeted at a cost of $400 million dollars, but has cost the US upwards of $2.5 billion dollars to this date. But the knowledge that we have gained from the Hubble Telescope’s Images and Photos has changed the way we look at astronomy forever.

Various stunning new images of the sun have been taken and shown by a NASA satellite that could help the scientists in taking new insight into solar processes. With the help of the recently launched Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) it has become possible to see the images that were never seen before. With it the images that show extreme close-ups of the surface of the sun and images of high resolution of solar flares could be seen.
