Bonny Don Fire and Rescue on Santa Cruz on Hot Topics -- Bonny Don Fire and Rescue Located in the Santa Cruz Mountains between the Pacific Coast and the San Lorenzo Valley, six miles north of Santa Cruz. Bonny Don Fire and Rescue have 22 active members of the fire team. Five are company officers, four are driver/operators, six are firefighters, and we have seven active trainees. All of fire fighters do not get paid a salary, but their spirit always burn up light fire on the forest. All of volunteer get extensive training, including Structure and Wildland Firefighting, Emergency Medical Services, Vehicle Extrication, Hazardous Materials Operations, Confined Space Awareness, etc.
They are respond to Fire, Medical, and other emergencies throughout the area, and assist neighboring fire districts as well. Are you interested one's of their volunteers?????
